Spectro is currently testing the market to better understand the possibility. of the idea that the working class can develop a competitive new style of home which is comparable to the premium builders which dominate the southeastern Michigan residential construction market. Our value proposition is this: Allow an opportunity for anyone to contribute to the design, construction, and engineering of a home regardless of their experience. In the process of doing so, create jobs that are applicable to the real world market and mimic the benefits of competitve corporate positions that already exist. This includes benefits, profit share, agreeable pay, and the opportunity to vote and contribute ideas to a cooperate system.

The priority in this mission is to find qualified professionals and eager participants who are willing to take a step into the first phase of this project. The work will be concentrated into three phases.

Communicate The Outcome

What's the most practical, sustainable, and effective way to make the goal come to life? Many people, resources, and very much time will go into building a state-shaping home.

Who will benefit? What are important features? Where will we build? When will this be finished? Why is this worth it? How is this broken down into actionable steps?

Spectro is hiring a few select positions for the first phase of the project, communication and human resources while be a key player when it comes to segmenting the team and management.

Designers and creators will externally communicate progress to an audience which will include potential capital contacts and a target market who may find interest in the outcome of a community development initiative.

Accountants and legal professionals will be a cardinal director aiming toward equal, equitable, and fair compensation for every single individual involved. Furthermore, be a benchmark for our goals regarding project timelines and budget schedules.

Build The Product

Once we've got everything we need, it's action time. We'll have awareness, materials, people, and financing.

The work will be broken up by sectors, communicated about and voted on publicly by members.

Financed by micro-investing, shared on the internet, and displayed as an investment property, designer home, and innovative engineering all-in-one.

Create our product, adapt to the challenges, record our progress, and share our results.

We envision pioneering progressive building and design processes which allow for anticipation in the future of residential design. Self-sustainability will be a primary component of the homes' design. Creating a luxurious and practical blend of engineering will allow lower cost of ownership and premium features which negate the constant affection of new home-owning challenges
